Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and monitor documentation systems to ensure compliance with ISO, BPOM, FSSC (PRP, ISO 22000, additional requirements), FSMA (GMP, Food Safety Plan, Food Defense Plan), CPPOB, and other regulatory requirements.
- Establish, implement, and oversee the Halal Assurance System (BPJPH) in accordance with BPOM, LPH, and BPJPH regulations.
- Review and validate customer complaint evaluations before submission.
- Conduct management reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of quality, food safety, and halal systems.
- Plan and control departmental budget to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support HR in developing employee competencies related to quality systems.
- Coordinate with SHE on workplace safety, PPE usage, energy efficiency, and environmental protection
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Product Technology, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field (experience in the same industry is a plus)
- Knowledge of Quality Management System, Product Quality Standardization, Sampling System Management, Market Product Quality & Product Safety Performance Evaluation, Customer Complaint Handling, and Management Review
- Possess integrity, ability to adapt to changes, and good analytical skills
