Position Background
This position is established to strengthen the company's market visibility through effective in-store marketing and event activations. The role supports the business by ensuring that all trade activities, retail promotions, and exhibitions are executed with excellence and consistencу.
Performance Expectations
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned offline marketing projects.
- Strengthen brand presence through effective retail visibility and event execution.
- Contribute to achieving sales and marketing targets through trade and promotional support.
Qualifications
- Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, events, or brand activation (preferably in IT or consumer goods industries).
- Professional Knowledge Solid knowledge of trade marketing, retail visibility, and event management.
- Understanding of POSM design and production processes.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Strong budget handling and reporting skills.
- Personality & Behavior Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Language Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
