Bentani Hotel & Residence is a heritage hotel in the heart of Cirebon with 37+ years of history. We are currently in the process of rebranding and expanding, positioning ourselves as the leading executive and long‑stay business hotel in the city, with unique F&B outlets including Japanese, Korean, pub & international cuisine. To support our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve hotel revenue targets (rooms, F&B, events, long‑stay).
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government, travel agents, OTAs, and MICE organizers.
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team: set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching for improvement.
- Conduct detailed market analysis & competitor benchmarking to position Bentani as the preferred hotel in Cirebon.
- Drive occupancy and ADR growth, ensuring Bentani remains a top choice in the compset.
- Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to align sales strategies with hotel financial goals.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, B2B meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure proper sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities (long‑stay contracts, group bookings, executive packages, special promotions).
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
- Proven track record of achieving occupancy and revenue growth in a 4-star or higher property.
- Strong networking in Cirebon/Jabodetabek corporate, government, and business communities (advantage).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, OTAs, GDS, and corporate contracting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Result‑driven, strategic thinker, and able to work under pressure with clear deliverables.
