Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Create campaign key visuals and marketing toolkits for product launches, promotions, and internal initiatives.

Digital & Motion Design

  • Design digital assets for advertising, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and video content that enhance storytelling and user engagement.
  • Deliver digital layouts such as landing pages and campaign microsites, ensuring usability and conversion-driven design.

Print & Offline Collaterals

  • Design brochures, posters, roll-ups, merchandise, and exhibition/event materials.
  • Support offline marketing and sales initiatives with tailored creative outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, product, and sales teams to transform briefs into effective design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed with quality.

Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated on design, motion, and digital trends to keep creative outputs competitive and relevant.
  • Introduce fresh design ideas to improve campaign impact and audience engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 4–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic/Motion Designer or equivalent creative role.
  • Strong portfolio covering graphic design, motion graphics, campaign assets, and print materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience in designing landing pages and marketing-related digital interfaces, applying UI/UX principles to optimize user journey and conversion.
  • Familiarity with both digital and print production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills; English required.
  • Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
  • Experience in event and exhibition design.
  • Prior exposure to financial or fintech industry design.
