Job Purpose

Create and manage engaging digital content to strengthen M&G Life's brand presence, grow awareness, and drive retail traffic. This role covers creative production, social storytelling, and community management for M&G Life (and soon M&G Kids).

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Publishing

  • Develop social media content calendars for campaigns and launches.
  • Produce high-engagement photos, videos, reels, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Build lifestyle and product storytelling aligned with the brand.
  • Create live content during store openings, events, and activations.

2. Platform & Community Management

  • Manage daily posting and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor comments/DMs and grow an active online community.
  • Identify trends and adapt content formats accordingly.
  • Plan and execute KOL/Influencer collaborations.

3. Performance & Insights

  • Track content performance (reach, engagement, CTR).
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and top-post highlights.
  • Recommend content improvements based on data and feedback.

Key KPIs

  • Consistent posting schedule (4–6 posts/week) and timely content delivery.
  • Growth in followers and engagement rate.
  • Full social amplification for all store launches/events.
  • Accurate monthly reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in content creation or social media (retail/lifestyle/youth brands preferred).
  • Strong visual storytelling + basic design & video editing (Adobe, CapCut, Canva).
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and content trends.
  • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia copywriting; English a plus.
  • Hands-on creator (shoot, edit, publish).
  • Passion for youth lifestyle and retail trends.
