Test Manager – Supply Chain Finance System

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Test Manager
to lead the quality assurance and testing efforts for our
Supply Chain Finance System
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management, domain expertise in supply chain finance or trade finance systems, and the ability to oversee testing across functional, technical, and integration layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the
  end-to-end testing strategy
  , planning, and execution for the Supply Chain Finance System.
• Define and implement
  QA frameworks, standards, and best practices
  across manual and automation testing.
• Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery of quality software releases.
• Manage and coordinate
  test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management
  .
• Oversee
  UAT planning and execution
  with business stakeholders.
• Ensure comprehensive
  integration testing
  across modules and third-party systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
• Prepare and maintain
  test metrics, dashboards, and reports
  for management visibility.
• Mentor and guide the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in
  software testing
  , with at least 5 years in a test management or lead role.
• Proven experience in
  Supply Chain Finance
  ,
  Trade Finance
  , or
  Banking/Financial Systems
  .
• Strong understanding of
  end-to-end testing lifecycle
  , including test design, execution, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with
  test management tools
  (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Knowledge of
  automation tools
  such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
• Familiarity with
  API testing
  and integration testing practices.
• Excellent skills in
  stakeholder communication, team leadership, and project coordination
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with
  Agile and DevOps environments
  .
• Exposure to
  Cloud-based systems
  and
  integration testing
  with financial platforms.
• Professional certifications such as
  ISTQB Test Manager
  ,
  PMP
  , or equivalent are a plus.
