Your Mission:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated QC team in a high-performance woodworking environment.
- Develop and enforce clear, consistent quality standards across all product lines.
- Detect issues before they happen — through inspections, testing, and proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate across production, design, and supply chain to create seamless quality workflows.
- Own audits, reports, compliance, and training programs with full autonomy.
- Be a champion of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Brings 5+ years of QC/QA experience in woodworking and furniture production.
- Understands the fine details, from raw materials and finishes to joinery and final assembly.
- Has a sharp eye for defects and a proactive mindset to fix root causes.
- Knows their way around BIFMA or EN standards, Inspection processes, and quality systems.
- Leads by example and knows how to build trust on the production floor.
