Position: Engineering Leader Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the engineering and maintenance team.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program for all hotel facilities, particularly HVAC and MEP systems.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from guests and other departments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage the inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies for the department.

- Min. 1 year experience in similar position
- Have strong ability in HVAC system & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
- Have strong leadership
- Positive attitude and have good communication skill
- Passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Willing to work as a team
