- Lead, direct, and develop the entire production department team to achieve maximum performance.
- Plan, organize, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Supervise all production processes from raw material receipt to finished product, ensuring adherence to SOP.
- Ensure all products meet the established QC standards.
- Enforce strict K3 (Safety and Health) standards in the production area to achieve zero accident.
- Conduct continuous improvement analyses to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
- Prepare and present regular production reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Maintenance, QC, and Warehouse to ensure operational smoothness.
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience (e.g., Supervisor/Superintendent/Head) in a fertilizer or chemical factory (preferred).
- Deep understanding of fertilizer/chemical production processes, quality management, and K3 standards.
- Strong leadership, decisive, capable of motivating and effectively managing a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Job Description – Prepress
- Plan target schedules for design team and research & development program.
- Create operational procedures in line with ISO standards.
- Allocate design workload to designers.
- Monitor graphic design production and assist in resolving issues that cannot be handled by designers.
- Confirm job specifications with marketing support and final outputs with sales.
- Conduct research by drafting proposals, executing studies, and compiling research reports.
- Lead research and development of graphic design techniques, especially security designs to enhance security, quality and aesthetic in line with guidance from Production Manager & PPIC.
- Plan HR development for the Prepress department as needed.
- Evaluate performance of all Prepress employees.
- Monitor calibration of all graphic design equipment (image setter, freehand setting, scanner, printer, etc.) with assistance from SI operations team.
- Ensure backup of design files is performed regularly.
Job Description – Printing and Finishing
- Coordinate work between printing and finishing staff to ensure smooth processes, collating, and laminating, and address challenges.
- Hold formal meetings once a week with subordinates to communicate management decisions and improvement steps.
- Control and oversee product or job results, including proofs as required by customers.
- Provide guidance on printing and finishing operations to supervisors, coordinators, operators, and assistants.
- Control work of supervisors, coordinators, operators, and assistants while improving machine productivity in printing and finishing as per set standards.
- Monitor coating process of paint mixing.
- Provide feedback to superiors on systems and procedures.
- Evaluate control and analysis of operator reports and subordinate work.
