The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Personal Assistant to the Founder
— someone who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment, balancing structure and spontaneity with poise.
You'll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to coordinate daily operations, communications, vendors, and brand activities — becoming the connector between creative ideas and flawless execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily calendar, travel, meetings, and communication follow-ups
- Prepare briefs, summaries, and WhatsApp/email drafts for partners and vendors
- Coordinate deliveries, invoices, and light procurement
- Support showroom operations and brand events (guest lists, scheduling, vendor liaison)
- Assist with social/content coordination and team communication
- Maintain organized files, trackers, and SOPs
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Based in
Jakarta - Fluent in
English & Bahasa Indonesia - 2–4+ years in Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Operations / Hospitality / Retail Admin roles
- Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, and modern productivity tools
- High integrity, discretion, and service-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability for occasional evening/weekend events
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in design, interior, retail, or creative industries
- Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or simple content tools
- Valid driving license
