We are looking for a Kitchen Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food, eager to learn, and ready to experience a dynamic working environment in the F&B industry.
Responsibilities:- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Support the team in managing stock, ingredients, and utensils.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Assist in preparing Korean and local dishes (if applicable).
- Internship duration: 6 months.
- Preferably has prior experience working in a kitchen or F&B environment.
- Able to communicate in English (basic to intermediate level).
- Responsible, clean, and willing to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen and shop area.
- A good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Cooking skills in Korean and local cuisine are highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
