Project Management OfficerJob Description :
- Develop, implement, and maintain PMO governance, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Align project portfolio management with company strategy and business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and maintain all plant utility systems, including boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, and water treatment facilities.
- Ensure utility systems operate reliably and efficiently to support continuous tire production.
- Develop and implement SOPs and preventive maintenance plans for all utility equipment.
- Monitor system performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities to improve energy and resource efficiency.
- Lead the utility technician team, including task scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to utility operations.
- Manage departmental budgets, including operating costs, maintenance, and capital expenditures.
- Oversee equipment upgrades and replacement projects from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet utility demands effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve utility system failures promptly.
- Manage spare part inventory and procurement for utility maintenance.
- Develop and lead energy and water conservation initiatives across the plant.
- Ensure water treatment facility output meets required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe and optimal utility equipment performance.
- Prepare reports on utility system performance (energy, water, and cost metrics).
- Maintain accurate technical documentation including drawings, manuals, and records.
- Stay current with technological advancements in utility systems and recommend improvements.
- Participate in internal and external energy/environmental audits.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and contractors for utility‑related services.
- Perform life‑cycle cost analyses to guide investment decisions in utility systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- At least 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, utility systems and power distribution.
- Experience leading large and cross‑functional teams.
- Willing to be placed on‑site in Citeureup, Bogor Regency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven commitment to safety standards and best practices.
- Skilled in budgeting and cost control.
- Experienced in end‑to‑end project management.
- Proficient with engineering software and PLC systems.
- Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.

F&B Site Engineering Manager – Your future position. As an F&B Site Engineering Manager, you will lead the Engineering & Maintenance function to maximize plant availability, reliability, and operational efficiency while driving strategic site development in alignment with company vision. Ensure faster, higher‑quality delivery to customers by optimising engineering processes, maintenance strategies and capital investments.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Strategy design and execution- Develop and execute the site engineering strategy to support operational goals, ensuring scalability, efficiency and rapid response to customer demands.
- Define annual engineering & maintenance targets, aligning with company objectives to deliver more, faster, and better.
- Lead Capex planning and execution, ensuring investments enhance production capacity, reduce downtime and improve long‑term site performance.
- Drive continuous improvement (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma) to optimise processes, reduce waste and enhance equipment reliability.
- Oversee maintenance & engineering activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum equipment efficiency.
- Develop site master plans (short/mid/long‑term) for Capex, maintenance and engineering projects to meet business needs.
- Implement predictive & preventive maintenance strategies to improve asset lifespan and reduce unplanned outages.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, legal and company standards, while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Collaborate with global/regional engineering teams to adopt best practices and align with corporate strategies.
- Lead local engineering projects (from design to handover), ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) and external partners (contractors, authorities).
- Optimise spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets to balance cost efficiency with operational readiness.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing Engineering & Maintenance team, fostering technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Partner with HR to build talent pipelines and drive succession planning.

Academic Background- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Certifications in Plant Engineering, Maintenance Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, TPM, Lean Six Sigma).
- 5+ years in manufacturing/plant operations, with exposure to engineering strategy, maintenance and Capex projects.
- 2+ years in leadership/people management, preferably in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration and working in multicultural settings.
- Strong knowledge of industrialisation, process design and utilities management.
- Proficiency in project management (Agile/Waterfall), TPM, Lean, Six Sigma and KPIs.
- Familiarity with EHS regulations, SAP and financial concepts (OPEX/CAPEX).
- Ability to analyse data, drive decision‑making and implement scalable solutions.
