Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain the Project Management Plan.
- Coordinate with development, QA/QC, and stakeholders to ensure project quality.
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and timelines.
- Manage project resources (time, team, phases).
- Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables during implementation.
- Identify required tools and support project execution.
- Provide feedback, risk identification, and improvement recommendations.
- Prepare and update project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, project implementation, or project coordination.
- Experience with Project Management Plans.
- Knowledge of project management and quality standards.
- Strong coordination and resource management skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player and target-driven.
- Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.
- Willing to be a PKWT contract employee for the Lintasarta project
- Willing to work full-time in the office
