Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and maintain the Project Management Plan.
  • Coordinate with development, QA/QC, and stakeholders to ensure project quality.
  • Monitor day-to-day project activities and timelines.
  • Manage project resources (time, team, phases).
  • Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables during implementation.
  • Identify required tools and support project execution.
  • Provide feedback, risk identification, and improvement recommendations.
  • Prepare and update project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, project implementation, or project coordination.
  • Experience with Project Management Plans.
  • Knowledge of project management and quality standards.
  • Strong coordination and resource management skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player and target-driven.
  • Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.
  • Willing to be a PKWT contract employee for the Lintasarta project
  • Willing to work full-time in the office
