Job Description:
- Supervise, assess, and control medical personnel's compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all medical service units adhere to their scope of duties and provide regular supervision.
- Coordinate the implementation of their duties with other managers to ensure efficiency.
- Establish medical staff schedules for various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and emergency services.
- Manage and supervise medical record keeping by medical staff.
- Develop and evaluate health programs to improve service quality.
- Assist in the development and development of the hospital's medical system.
Requirements:
- MARS (Master of Hospital Administration) education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital.
- Understanding of policies related to medical procedures under BPJS and health insurance.
- Understanding the workflow of each medical support unit.
- Possess strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Able to think strategically and analytically, and oriented towards service quality.
