Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement and closed-loop resolution of quality issues across the entire product lifecycle (R&D, production, after-sales) at the Indonesia base.
- Manage vehicle quality accidents and customer dispute resolution in the Indonesia market, ensuring compliance with group quality standards.
- Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) confirmation for locally sourced vehicle components.
- Establish a centralized quality intelligence database to support future product development and process optimization.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management in alignment with strategic quality objectives.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency is required; Chinese is not required.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and problem-solving methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in managing vehicle quality issues, customer disputes, and leading the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Ability to establish and maintain a centralized quality intelligence database.
