Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with company goals
- Support organizational development initiatives through targeted training

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Keep up with learning technology trends and suggest tools or platforms
- Ensure all training programs meet company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 4-5 years in Learning & Development, Training or Human Resources
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess training needs and create development strategies
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness (e.g., ROI, post-training assessments)
- Coaching and mentoring abilities
