Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with company goals
  • Support organizational development initiatives through targeted training

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Keep up with learning technology trends and suggest tools or platforms
  • Ensure all training programs meet company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4-5 years in Learning & Development, Training or Human Resources
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and create development strategies
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness (e.g., ROI, post-training assessments)
  • Coaching and mentoring abilities
