Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Data & Admin Assistant
to assist with part-time office operations. This role involves handling accounts, payroll support, and maintaining important company records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update invoice and payment data accurately in our system
  • Match bank receipts to invoices and maintain transaction records
  • Assist in preparing monthly payslips and basic payroll documents
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Provide general administrative and office support when needed

Requirements

  • Basic accounting or admin experience preferred
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Meticulous, organized, and reliable
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Location:
Office-based

Report to office:
3 days per week

Working hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
