We are pleased to inform that currently Happy Pet Indonesia is looking for additional team member as Sales Support Analyst.
This position will support our sales team with data reporting, administrative tasks, and coordination across departments. This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a sales operation environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or data reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
- Ability to create simple charts and visual reports.
- Good communication skills
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organized
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English will be plus point
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate data in the sales system
- Coordinate with other departments : marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Support the sales team with materials needed for presentations or general administrative tasks
