Key Accountabilities

⦁ Collaborate with HR Team & BOD to execute HR strategies and initiatives that support business.

⦁ Assist in the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.

⦁ Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and fairness.

⦁ Manage employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and maintaining a positive working environment.

⦁ Coordinate and administer training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

⦁ Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

⦁ Participate in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.

⦁ Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the region.

⦁ Assist in HR-related communications and employee engagement activities to foster a strong company culture.

⦁ Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure the organization's practices remain competitive and compliant.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

⦁ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.

⦁ Along with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head of HR or Senior HR Manager and familiar with F&B, Retail and lifestyle environments.

⦁ Strong understanding of Indonesia labour laws and regulations.

⦁ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

⦁ Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with HR software is advantageous.

⦁ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

⦁ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

⦁ Flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced and changing environment.

⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

⦁ The candidate should be able to effectively communicate, collaborate, and review/draft policies/documentation in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
