Position Overview
We are seeking a
Design Consultant: Interior
with a strong background in
interior design, product design, or architecture
, and a refined understanding of
materials, furniture, and spatial composition
.
This position bridges
design expertise and client consultation
, combining creative direction, material knowledge, and project coordination to deliver tailored design solutions using natural and engineered stone.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with design intuition and technical understanding—someone who thrives in both creative collaboration and professional client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design Consultation & Material Application
- Advise clients on material selection, product application, and aesthetic direction.
- Develop design concepts and material palettes for interiors, furniture, and feature elements.
- Prepare visual presentations and documentation to communicate design intent effectively.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted consultant for architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Manage client meetings, inquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and design insight.
- Collaborate with internal technical, sales, and logistics teams to ensure project success.
Design Research & Product Development
- Stay current with design trends, finishes, and innovative material applications.
- Contribute to the development of new stone collections, product concepts, and showroom layouts.
- Represent Tuscany Marbles at industry events, design exhibitions, and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design, Product Design, or Architecture
. - Minimum
2–4 years of professional experience
in a design or material consultancy role. - Strong visual communication skills—presentation, mood board creation, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
, and Microsoft Office. - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of design detailing, finishes, and spatial material integration.
- Passion for interior design, craftsmanship, and the expressive use of natural materials.
