- Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform's PIC.
- Analyse sales and current trends to generate insights and market behaviour to focus on sales growth.
- Manage company's e-commerce accounts and its daily operations for Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok, etc.
- Plan and execute promotional or marketing online campaigns.
- Manage pricing strategy, product assortment and stock availability of products in store.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company.
- Ensures compliance to defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform's PIC & communicating the updates within the internal team.
- Generate and present daily, weekly and monthly store performance reports to Team Leader.
Practice great attention to detail, accountability and critical thinking.
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in relevant fields.
- Experienced in the e-commerce industry/ retail industry.
- Interested and passionate to learn about the evolving e-commerce industry.
- Posses excellent numerical and communication skills.
- Strong in analytical skills and have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate strong initiative to take action as team player.
- Excellent command in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
