Responsibilities:

  • Selling paper products (carton box, packaging, etc.) to existing customers and looking for new customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase retention.
  • Providing product information, characteristics, new product development and advantages of industrial paper to customers.
  • Set and achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Negotiating prices and sales terms with customers.
  • Monitor paper industry trends and customer needs.
  • Make visit reports, sales reports and update information to superiors.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process, delivery to billing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from any major.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales B2B corporate, preferably from carton box/packaging industry
  • Experienced in managing B2B business
  • Able to speak Mandarin in business settings.
  • Good communication skills and results orientation.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Having a good network and relationships in the related industry will be a plus.
  • Have your own 4-wheeled vehicle and be willing to use it for daily operations at work.
  • Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java.
