About the RoleThis role goes beyond a traditional Personal Assistant function — it's designed for someone who can blend administrative excellence with strategic business support. You'll act as the right hand to the General Manager of Business Development & Sales, providing end-to-end assistance in daily operations, data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
We're looking for someone who understands the dynamics of sales, trade marketing, and business development, and can provide actionable insights to help drive commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the GM (scheduling, meetings, travel, correspondence, and report preparation).
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for management meetings or external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
Business & Project Support
- Assist in monitoring business development and sales performance metrics.
- Support data collection, trend analysis, and market intelligence to provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables and milestones.
Prepare business reports and dashboards to support planning and performance reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to gather data for evaluation and project improvement.
Confidential & Professional Management
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Support — ideally supporting C-level or senior leadership in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development environments.
- Previous experience in Trade Marketing or Business Development roles will be a strong advantage.
- Having experience in Retail, FMCG or Distribution FMCG company would be great
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) — capable of preparing and communicating business materials fluently.
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills; detail-oriented and structured in execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships across departments and levels.
- Flexible for business trips and able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business tools such as Google Workspace
