Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operational & Compliance Manager with a strong background in BPR operations and regulatory compliance to lead and support the implementation of best practices across partner Rural Banks (BPR).
This role will ensure that operational processes are efficient, secure, and aligned with OJK and Bank Indonesia regulations while maintaining high standards of governance and risk control.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities within BPR partnership projects.
- Ensure compliance with
OJK, BI, and internal governance
standards across all operations. - Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with regulatory updates.
- Conduct internal reviews and compliance checks to identify potential risks and ensure timely mitigation.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk Management, and IT teams to strengthen control and data protection practices.
- Support BPR partners in improving reporting accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory submissions.
- Lead and mentor teams to build a culture of compliance awareness and operational excellence.
- Act as a liaison between SOLUSIKU, BPR partners, and regulatory stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BPR operations, compliance, or internal audit — with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of OJK and Bank Indonesia regulations relevant to BPR operations.
- Proven experience in developing and enforcing operational procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Possess or willing to pursue banking compliance or risk management certifications (preferred).
