Role Summary
Support Finardi&Co's family business assessments and consulting activities by identifying family business prospects, conducting client assessments, and assisting in outreach strategies. This role will give you direct exposure to the family business ecosystem while sharpening your skills in analysis, communication, and consulting.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Finardi&Co's services to engage with prospects effectively
- Identify and connect with potential family business clients.
- Analyze and report client assessments to support consulting projects..
- Collaborate with consultants on live projects
- Work remotely (WFH), with occasional in-person sessions for training.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 3rd semester student in Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Currently attending a business-oriented campus (e.g., Prasetiya Mulya University, Binus University, Pelita Harapan University, Ciputra University, etc.) is a plus.
- Networks or connections within family businesses are an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn about consulting and client engagement.
- Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in family businesses and entrepreneurship
