Responsibilities:
- Verify and assess the quality of software development deliverables, ensuring compliance with the project's technical and functional requirements.
- Monitor development progress and document findings in weekly quality reports for the Project Manager.
- Identify issues, risks, or blockers that may affect delivery timelines and escalate them promptly to the PM.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure continuous improvement of coding practices and documentation.
- Conduct on-site verification or coordination at the client's location once a week (UI project site).
- Support the PM in maintaining project governance, documentation, and status visibility across stakeholders.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2–3 years) in PMO, Project Coordination, or Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of OpenEdx-based systems — architecture, modules, and deployment structure.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination ability across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Able to work on-site once a week at the UI project location, with the remaining days available for remote verification or reporting.
- Experience in OpenEdx development or customization projects.
- Familiar with project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Ability to create comprehensive technical quality reports and summarize findings for management review.
- High attention to detail and ownership of task completion.
