Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist located in Probolinggo. The Environmental Health Safety Specialist will oversee and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks include assessing workplace risks, implementing safety protocols, overseeing safety training programs, and conducting regular inspections to promote a safe work environment. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to identify potential hazards and recommending solutions to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Safety Training programs
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices
- Ability to assess risks, identify hazards, and develop safety strategies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in health and safety or workplace safety are an advantage
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
