Experienced HR Recruiter in the Finance Industry
We are currently looking for a highly capable Human Resources Recruiter with strong experience in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and the ability to manage external headhunting teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in recruiting for finance-related roles (e.g., accounting, investment, risk, compliance, legal business, IT, credit analyst, marketing etc).
- Strong understanding of financial sector hiring needs, compliance requirements, talent market, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job portal platform.
- Capable of leading and managing relationships with headhunting firms or external recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality talent pipelines.
- Experience working within Chinese corporate environments
