Conduct investigation in production area regarding quality deviations and customer complaint and ensure the fulfilment of corrective and preventive actions are carried out on time.
Responsible for the process and results, also inspection in Production Solid Area
Monitoring the fulfillment documentation management, tracking, and completeness document of evidence implementation improve and preventive from audit result/inspection
Improve processing effectively and efficient and ensure that all of processing have been documented properly in accordance with regulations

Job Requirements

Apothecary profession, minimum 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
Has an in-depth knowledge of cGMP, Halal Assurance System, production, and management (raw materials, production process, quality control, budgeting)
Has a good knowledge of business and management principles (strategic planning, leadership, human resources)
Has a good knowledge of machines and technologies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership
Strong analytical capabilities, problem solving, and decision making
Excellent time and project management
Proficient in oral and written English
Willing to work in shift
