Area Sales Manager – Pre‑Engineered Buildings (Kirby International)

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate project enquiries from corporate houses, consulting firms, public and private entities, individuals, and NGOs.
  • Submit quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements and consultant drawings to obtain project estimates.
  • Prepare techno‑commercial offers and submit to customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers.
  • Coordinate with customers and head office to ensure timely project execution.
  • Secure payment or letters of credit for jobs on time.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to supervisors at regular intervals.
  • Conduct marketing promotion activities.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop new markets within the country or region.
  • Coordinate with erectors and finalize with the CMD.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the PEB industry.
  • Civil engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Technical knowledge in civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS‑Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • English communication and local language proficiency.
