Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory and Halal Compliance Management

  • Interpret food regulations (BPOM, SNI, JECFA, etc), halal requirement and/or customer guideline as well as coordinate product registration, product compliance, and labelling at Arnott's Indonesia business with providing review and fact-based assessment on the material (RM, PM) and formula starting from initial development.
  • Key support in technical and operational to provide product information related to regulatory to contribute to the project can be delivered OTIFOB and is well documented.
  • Key support to provide information for artwork development and review by generating product labelling information
  • Implementing internal controls which related on the regulatory compliance with governmental / regulatory guidelines, internal and implied policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements (including product claims & allergen declarations, and labelling requirements)

System Management

  • Provide technical support for utilizing system (BPCS, BOM, etc)
  • Ensure product compliance to Halal Management System based on Updated Halal Requirement

Regulatory Affairs, Relationship Management

  • Conduct communication to external in terms of technical consultation (BPOM, BPJPH, MUI, etc)
  • Support in technical information for giving input government on developing regulation.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or related Sciences.
  • Min 1 years working experience in food manufacturing industry in related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with regulatory bodies / labelling / Export / Import regulations (BPOM, Halal, SNI, etc)
  • Familiar with general food processes, food safety requirements, local, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP.
  • Ability to work and communicate verbal/written in internal & several external functions effectively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
