Videfly is looking for a
Business Development (B2B Sales)
professional to drive growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. You will play a key role in expanding Videfly's presence among brands, agencies, and enterprises by building relationships, closing deals, and helping clients understand the value of AI-powered creative solutions.

This role combines strategic sales, client management, and creative solution selling. Ideal candidates are proactive, persuasive, and data-driven, with experience in B2B or tech-based sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential B2B clients including brands, marketing agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Present Videfly's products and services effectively to address client needs and drive business growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop tailored proposals and campaign solutions.
  • Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and outbound strategies.
  • Build long-term partnerships through consistent client engagement and exceptional service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide insights from client interactions to support product development and market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • About 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development preferably in the tech, creative, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts independently.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate client needs into creative and strategic solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
