Supervise daily production activities and ensure work targets, quality, and discipline are achieved.

Coordinate with the Head of Production and leaders for smooth operations across shifts.

Monitor production performance, materials, and output to ensure efficiency.

Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain continuous workflow.

Ensure workers follow standard procedures and safety regulations.

Collaborate with related teams to support overall production objectives.

Requirements :

Min. D3/S1 in Engineering or related fields

3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Willing to work in shifts
