Responsibilities:
- Handle general inquiries from customer and help with reservations
- Respond to inbound phone and email from customers
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on transactions
- Liaise with internal units to ensure that transactions are settled promptly and accurately
- Identify and fulfill customers' need appropriately
- Provide support to processing team
- Effectively answer customers' transaction enquiries as well as take ownership to resolve customer issues
- Record all customer interaction in our Customer Relationship Management System.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Pleasant voice tone and pitch
- Customer Services / Call Center experience is an advantage
- Candidate who can start Immediately advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Long Hours
- Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
- Able to work in a team & under pressure
