Responsibilities:

  • Handle general inquiries from customer and help with reservations
  • Respond to inbound phone and email from customers
  • Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on transactions
  • Liaise with internal units to ensure that transactions are settled promptly and accurately
  • Identify and fulfill customers' need appropriately
  • Provide support to processing team
  • Effectively answer customers' transaction enquiries as well as take ownership to resolve customer issues
  • Record all customer interaction in our Customer Relationship Management System.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Pleasant voice tone and pitch
  • Customer Services / Call Center experience is an advantage
  • Candidate who can start Immediately advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Long Hours
  • Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
  • Able to work in a team & under pressure
