About the role
We are seeking an experienced After Sales Operation Specialist to join our team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya and will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and office operations.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and analyze ASC (Authorized Service Center) performance, including repeat repair rate, overdue rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Compare and rank ASCs to evaluate performance and identify underperforming centers.
- Develop and onboard new ASCs or GSPS in uncovered regions.
- Conduct regular visits to ASCs to collect feedback, resolve issues, and identify training needs.
- Plan and organize training sessions for ASCs, branch admins, and supervisors.
- Track and report weekly ASC development progress from each branch.
- Evaluate branch after-sales supervisors' performance.
- Review GSPS spare parts purchase and reimbursement data to detect irregularities, especially for key components (motors, compressors, PCBs, etc.).
- Prepare regular reports and ensure all activities follow HQ guidelines and leadership instructions.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, preferably within the after-sales or service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
