Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and databases.
  • Create detailed technical documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD).
  • Ensure database performance, integrity, and security.
  • Coordinate system testing to ensure quality, security, and compliance with established requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system implementation.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of existing systems and provide recommendations for improvement or enhancement.

Specifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years as a System Analyst with advanced SQL expertise. Experience in the HRIS field is a plus.

Hard Skills :

  • Strong SQL (advanced query, indexing, data modeling).
  • Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
  • Software Testing (deep technical, backend).
  • Knowledge of SDLC and system design tools (UML, ERD).

Soft Skills : Analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
