Responsibilities :
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and databases.
- Create detailed technical documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD).
- Ensure database performance, integrity, and security.
- Coordinate system testing to ensure quality, security, and compliance with established requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system implementation.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of existing systems and provide recommendations for improvement or enhancement.
Specifications :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years as a System Analyst with advanced SQL expertise. Experience in the HRIS field is a plus.
Hard Skills :
- Strong SQL (advanced query, indexing, data modeling).
- Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
- Software Testing (deep technical, backend).
- Knowledge of SDLC and system design tools (UML, ERD).
Soft Skills : Analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
