Job Description:
  • Prepare and manage lease documents including LOI, LOO, agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Maintain and update lease trackers and databases accurately.
  • Ensure proper execution and storage of all lease documentation.
  • Coordinate with tenants on lease terms, documentation, deadlines, and compliance.
  • Support tenant activities such as move-in, move-out, and fit-out processes.
  • Track tenant insurance and licenses to ensure compliance with lease terms.
  • Monitor key lease dates and notify relevant teams for timely actions.
  • Generate lease-related reports on status, rent roll, vacancy, and expirations.
  • Assist finance team with lease documents for billing and collections.
  • Provide administrative support including approvals, document control, and leasing materials preparation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Prior experience in property leasing or real estate administration (at minimum 1 year experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
