Operational Excellence

Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, and warehouse functions.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high product quality and efficient resource utilization.
Monitor KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), yield, downtime, and material wastage.

Process & Quality Control

Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all building material products meet internal and external (e.g. SNI, ISO) standards.
Implement best practices in material handling, curing/drying (if applicable), and packaging to maintain product integrity.

Team & People Management

Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional plant teams: Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, PPIC, Warehouse, and EHS.
Ensure adequate staffing and training to meet production demands.
Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations related to building material manufacturing.
Lead initiatives for zero-accident targets and proactive hazard identification.
