What You Will Experience:
- Responsible on managing daily sales operations of our products as coverage area (Bekasi, Bogor, Serang, Tangerang)
- Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target
- Open new market as well as maintain existing customer
- Manage distributor and monitor sales activities
- Monitor and motivate sales team members
- Implement promotional programs as well as managing budget, stock and distribution
What is Required:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- At least 5 years experiences in Sales FMCG, Manager Level.
- High achiever and target oriented person
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates
- Experiences manage sales in coverage area
- Preferable owning a vehicle and willing to mobile, as coverage area
