You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative and technical support across teams. This role bridges IT, operations, and end-users — helping the business run efficiently and ensuring employees receive timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for staff requiring IT or administrative support.
- Provide support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and maintain system records.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (account setup, equipment handover).
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and office equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT, telecom, or office services.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and escalate issues where necessary.
- S1 - IT Related
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or IT support role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and office collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
