About the role

As a Key Account in an online groceries market, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key retail or distribution partners to drive sales performance, improve market share, and ensure long-term business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to develop customized plans that meet both customer and company objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximise profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing and operations to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyse account performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer retention

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in key account in the FMCG, Local Distributor or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade/retail channels (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, e-commerce).
  • Proven track record of success in an account management or key account management role, ideally within the sales industry
  • Have experience background in snacks or fruits will be preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with senior-level stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and the ability to analyse complex information to identify insights and drive strategies
