About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Account Officer (International Marketing) to join our dynamic team at SPS Corporate. In this full-time position based in Surabaya, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving international marketing initiatives and supporting the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned international clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting relationships
  • Assist in the development and execution of tailored international marketing strategies to expand our global reach and client base
  • Gather market intelligence, identify new opportunities and provide recommendations to the sales and marketing teams
  • Support the account management team in managing contract renewals, invoicing and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless and effective client service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales, account management or international marketing role, preferably within the Manufacture industry but if you are fresh graduate and passionate in Sales welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to work
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
