Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the marketing gallery, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage and maintain the gallery's layout, displays, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support events, client meetings, and presentations.
Handle visitor inquiries, provide relevant property information, and guide potential buyers.
Monitor visitor traffic, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
Supervise gallery staff and coordinate their schedules for smooth operations.
Work with developers and marketing teams to implement branding and promotional strategies.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of the gallery, including digital presentation tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, property management, or related field.
- Experience in marketing gallery management, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a good sense of design and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
