About the Role

PT TUV NORD Indonesia is looking for an experienced and results-driven
Senior Sales Executive
to join our System Certification Division. The role focuses on developing and maintaining business relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth across certification and training services.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in
certification bodies or management system consulting
, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver strategic sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and manage key accounts across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead business presentations and client negotiations.
  • Support junior sales team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
    in sales, preferably in a
    certification body or management system consulting firm
    .
  • Bachelor's degree
    in any discipline.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in
    Bahasa Indonesia and English
    (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
