We are seeking a
creative and data-driven Brand Manager
to grow and manage online sales and brand presence for our tech brands:
Octagoods, Aulumu, & Sharge
. You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, boosting marketplace performance, and creating impactful social media campaigns. The ideal candidate has solid experience in digital channels, knows how to build brands from scratch, and is passionate about turning market insights into growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing/brand management with a focus on
social media strategy & marketplace growth
(preferably with experience in launching or building new brands) - Proven ability to manage
TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and online customer engagement - Skilled in campaign optimization with a track record of achieving high
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) - Strong analytical skills to evaluate brand, marketing, and sales performance reports
- Hands-on experience in
digital product launches, branding, and positioning - Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
- Willing to be based in
Malang, Indonesia
