We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to manage daily inventory activities and purchasing operations. This role involves overseeing stock movement, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth supply and purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and record incoming and outgoing goods in both system and Excel tracking.
  • Maintain accurate stock cards, reports, and documentation for all inventory items.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Handle purchasing processes from vendor search, quotation comparison, to purchase order preparation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and delivery services to ensure timely procurement and stock availability.
  • Support administrative and reporting tasks related to inventory and purchasing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory management or purchasing preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with vendors.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
