We are looking for an experienced and strategic E-commerce Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our multi-level distribution system. You will be responsible for driving platform growth, improving distributor engagement, and ensuring the operational sustainability of our sales ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning

  • Develop platform strategies integrating both direct selling and distribution models.

  • Design multi-level incentive systems such as rebates, team rewards, and resource allocation.
  • Balance user growth strategies across B-side (suppliers/distributors) and C-side (consumers).

  • Distribution System Management

  • Create and manage distributor tiers (VIP, agents, partners).

  • Implement entry standards, training programs, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Develop and maintain distributor tools (invitation codes, sharing tools, team dashboards).

  • Platform Operations & Conversion

  • Lead user lifecycle management to boost registration, activation, and repurchase.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with integrated commission incentives.

  • Supply Chain Collaboration

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to match product offerings with consumer needs.

  • Ensure high-commission product strategies support distributor success.

  • Data Monitoring & Risk Control

  • Build a robust performance tracking system for distributors.

  • Ensure compliance with direct selling regulations and mitigate fraud/MLM risks.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • 5+ years in e-commerce/social commerce/direct sales; 2+ years in S2B2C or distribution model.
  • Experience with platforms like Yunji, Beidian, or Weimeng is a strong plus.
  • Familiar with E-commerce Law and Direct Selling Management Regulations.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong in building distribution systems (tier design, commission rules, tools).
  • Data-driven mindset; proficient with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experienced in training and empowering B-side users (live sessions, material libraries).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent in cross-functional collaboration (tech, marketing, supply chain).
  • Compliance-conscious with a clear understanding of distribution legal boundaries.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of building from 0 to 1.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with private domain operations (WeChat + Community + Livestreaming).
  • Background in transitioning traditional direct sales into internet platforms.
  • Industry knowledge in cosmetics, wellness, or fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Cross-border e-commerce or group buying model experience is a plus.
