Job Summary

As a Area Operations Manager at Bobobox, you are responsible for oversee multiple locations of Bobocabin in West Java/East Java/ East Indonesia to ensure best guest experience at Bobocabin. Maintain strong relations with other internal stakeholders. As such, you must be a positive, energetic leader who excels in working in a collaborative environment. You will report directly to the Resort Manager.

What you will do:

  • Assist the resort manager in ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the whole strategy to maintain the quality and completion of Bobobox Cabin's transitional stage from 'Site Construction/Preparation' into 'Site Live' in the appointed area.
  • Fully accountable for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the business operations of the branches to ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist the Resort Manager in developing the product and service strategy for Bobobox Cabin Customer Service Excellence by collaborating with all functional leaders and aligning in a constant manner with all Cabin Operations teams.
  • Assist the Resort Manager in setting target product and service levels for all Cabin Branches, ensure they are achieved, and identify innovative ways to enhance current service levels to surprise and delight our customers.
  • Manage the performance and development of the cabin operation team by aligning and setting some targets for the
  • Branch of Cabin leaders based on directions from the Resort Manager.
  • Monitor cabin operations team's OKR and report regularly to the Resort Manager regarding any risks or opportunities identified
  • Assist the Resort Manager in developing new initiatives to increase productivity, gain efficiencies, decrease customer friction, and enhance Bobobox Cabin's NPS along with the CRM team
  • Through the direction of the Resort Manager, they are partnering with the tech team to develop and integrate new technologies to improve all stages' efficiency and customer experience in Bobobox Cabin.
  • Through the direction of the Resort Manager, work closely with the Cabin Operations leaders to develop resource plans fit for business needs, training programs to improve the quality of service, and process improvements to deliver strong results
  • Assisting the Resort Manager to act as a liaison for all Operations as well as the Cabin Operations team pertaining to the process of Site Construction into the Site Live stage

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university preferably from Hospitality background
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operation role or minimum 3 years of experience in managing multiple hotels as hotel manager or equivalent role
  • Candidates must be willing to work at any of our branch locations across Indonesia. This may involve periodic transfers or relocations based on organizational needs.
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing
  • Familiar with PMS and POS systems, Google Suites, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Strong in organizing, planning, and relationship management.
  • Fluent in numbers, analyzing data, and using analytics to make decisions.
  • Results-driven with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
