Job Description:

  • Oversee sales sales team & activity in the assigned area.
  • Manage distribution channels.
  • Plan and implement promotions.
  • Generate sales reports.
  • Maintain good relations with clients.
  • Execute sales & marketing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and productivity.
  • Ensure products are displayed correctly.
  • Support inventory management and reorder when necessary.

Requirements :

  • Min. have experiences 1-2 years as a Sales Supervisor.
  • Expertise in sales management (Sell in to Distributor, Sell through to Stores, Sell Out to customers).
  • Understand and know basic flow business in distributor FMCG or Pharmacy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the assigned area (geography, demographics, and market behavior).
  • Willing to place in certain area and following distributor agendas.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel frequently.
