Job Description:
- Oversee sales sales team & activity in the assigned area.
- Manage distribution channels.
- Plan and implement promotions.
- Generate sales reports.
- Maintain good relations with clients.
- Execute sales & marketing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and productivity.
- Ensure products are displayed correctly.
- Support inventory management and reorder when necessary.
Requirements :
- Min. have experiences 1-2 years as a Sales Supervisor.
- Expertise in sales management (Sell in to Distributor, Sell through to Stores, Sell Out to customers).
- Understand and know basic flow business in distributor FMCG or Pharmacy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the assigned area (geography, demographics, and market behavior).
- Willing to place in certain area and following distributor agendas.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel frequently.
